Refund and Returns Policy

 

At LY TECHNOLOGY LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We have put in place a clear and straightforward refund and return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at admin@anoly.agency  with your order number and cancellation request. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

  1. Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when they were received.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@anoly.agency  with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item(s) were received damaged or defective, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

  1. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

In case of a rejected refund, our customer support team will provide an explanation and help you explore alternative options, such as an exchange or store credit.

  1. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item(s) at admin@anoly.agency with your order number and details about the defective or damaged item(s). We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

  1. Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable, such as gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and downloadable software products. Please review the product description carefully before placing your order.
